Get Lit Up, LLC manufactures high quality backlit letters for the Ford Raptor. Get Lit Up warranties our products from any manufacturing defects or LED lighting issues for a period of 45-days from the date of shipment. Your order will be shipped through UPS Ground. Get Lit Up will exchange the product if any of the above issues arise within the warranty period. Each letter is examined and tested before shipping.

Under no circumstances will Get Lit Up share any of your contact information with any other companies or agencies. Any information you provide through our website or our social media pages will remain strictly confidential. Your information is used exclusively by Get Lit Up for order and marketing purposes only.

Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 45-day exchange policy for any backlit letter defects. If you encounter any problems with your backlit letters within 45-days from shipping date, you can contact us, and we’ll send you a replacement free of charge with free shipping. Just make sure you have your proof of purchase and return the original product in its original packaging. It’s that simple. Letters that are exchanged must have visible manufacturing defects or LED lighting issues and must be in brand new condition and include the original receipt. If an exchange is warranted, Get Lit Up will pay the return shipping costs.
